1. Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid Plan :
    Since the EduDash Essentials plan is a one-time, prepaid package, cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made. We encourage you to review all plan details before making a payment. If you experience issues, please contact us, and we will try to assist you.

  • Postpaid Plan :
    You may cancel your EduDash Pro subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log in to your account, navigate to the billing section, and follow the cancellation instructions. Please note that cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

    Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the current billing period. No further payments will be charged after the cancellation.


2. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Plan (EduDash Essentials):
    We do not offer refunds for prepaid subscriptions under any circumstances. Once the payment for the EduDash Essentials plan is processed, it is non-refundable. If you have any concerns before making a purchase, please contact us for assistance.

  • Postpaid Plan (EduDash Pro):
    Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you are unhappy with the service or decide to cancel the subscription, you will be charged only for the current month of usage, and no further charges will apply after the cancellation.

  • Trial Period:
    If EduDash offers a free trial period, no charges will be applied during the trial. If you decide to cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. However, if you do not cancel before the trial period expires, you will automatically be enrolled in a paid plan and billed accordingly.


3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • For Cancellations:
