Welcome to EduDash! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the EduDash platform. By accessing or using EduDash, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

1. Introduction

EduDash ("we," "our," or "us") provides a cloud-based ERP solution for school management. By using EduDash, you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies that may be provided.

2. Use of the Platform

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use EduDash. By using our platform, you confirm that you are eligible.
  • Account Creation: You are required to create an account to use EduDash. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your account details.
  • User Responsibilities: You agree to use EduDash only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any laws or regulations.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Prepaid Package: The EduDash Essentials plan is a one-time prepaid package that grants access to the platform for one year. This package is non-refundable.
  • Postpaid Package: The EduDash Pro plan is billed monthly based on usage. You are responsible for paying on time and in full.
  • Billing and Payment: All payments must be made through the payment methods provided. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up to date.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use EduDash in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using EduDash, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the data you upload to EduDash. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it as required for providing the service.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use EduDash in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its servers.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of EduDash without our permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EduDash at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked, but any outstanding fees will remain due.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduDash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the period in which the claim occurred.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of EduDash after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
